Welcome
My name is Judith Turner, and I have been a teacher of the Alexander Technique
for 33 years. My practice is located in Woolton Hill, north Hampshire.
I have been teaching all sorts of people, between the ages of 8 and 89, from all
walks of life: musicians, horse-riders, singers and computer users, to mention
but a few. Some come to me initially because of back or neck pain, but pupils
often experience wider therapeutic benefits. The Alexander Technique is a
useful tool that can benefit anyone and everyone.
I am a teaching member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique.
You can check this on the society's website. I carry professional insurance, abide by a code of conduct and I hold a
current CRB check.
I love teaching the Alexander Technique and feel it an enormous privilege to
continue with Alexander’s teachings, and I am truly committed to my work.
